Role Overview:
This role is a key contributor to initiatives that directly impacts its' member's digital experience.
Key responsibilities include:
* Design and implement customised Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to enhance business functionality and user experience.
* Build automation workflows using Power Automate, and develop real-time reports and dashboards with Power BI.
* Deliver technical support, training, and documentation to ensure end-user success and system adoption.
* Monitor and optimise system performance; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Customer Insights and/or Sales modules.
* Hands-on experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
* Skilled in system integrations using Web Services/APIs.
* Strong programming background in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and working with the Dataverse.
* Experience supporting projects through Agile or hybrid methodologies.
* Prior exposure to financial services technology (highly regarded, but not essential).
