Customer Service Executive - Global Accounts
This role involves providing dedicated customer service to allocated global accounts from the multinational portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with assistant client service executives to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
This position requires a strong understanding of the insurance and reinsurance industry, specifically in account management and customer service. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is also essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with underwriters, clients, brokers, Chubb offices, and other external parties.
