We are currently looking to recruit a
Customer Service Advisor at our sites based in
Marrickville.
Responsibilities will include:
Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs.
Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience.
Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues)
Uncover your customers insurance needs by offering suitable options, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals.
Requirements:
Strong customer service and sales skills
Problem solving skills & attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment & a team workplace
