About the Role
You will oversee a portfolio of recruitment activity supporting both project-based and corporate teams.
The position involves managing internal and external candidates advising on best-practice hiring decisions and ensuring all sourcing activity aligns with project workforce demands.
You will also contribute to process improvement deliver market intelligence and help strengthen the organisations presence within the industry through effective networking.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple business units
Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce requirements
Build sourcing strategies for complex infrastructure roles
Maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent networks
Provide data insights and market updates to inform hiring decisions
Support continuous improvement across recruitment systems and processes
Collaborate across functional teams to meet workforce priorities
Requirements
Background in internal or agency recruitment
Experience within infrastructure engineering or construction (highly regarded)
Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication skills
Ability to work independently across shifting priorities
Strategic thinker who enjoys problem-solving and relationship-building
Degree in HR Business or related discipline (preferred)
