Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on the Sunshine Coast, support ongoing growth, and contribute fresh ideas and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for:
* Processing high volume supplier invoices with accurate coding, approvals, and documentation.
* Preparing weekly and month-end payment runs, including uploading files.
* Maintaining and reconcile creditor accounts while managing supplier queries professionally.
* Building positive working relationships with suppliers, responding to queries professionally.
* Identifying and implement process improvements to streamline AP workflows.
