Your Role As a Supervisor or Manager, you will: Take ownership of engagements (both formal and informal), driving outcomes from start to finish. Manage key stakeholder relationships and provide strategic insights to senior teams. Collaborate with our Directors and Partners to shape and implement business strategy. Provide guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues, helping them grow and develop. Manage workflow and resource allocation to meet stakeholder expectations across multiple projects. Work closely with senior leadership to help drive your career progression and achieve your professional goals. Our Ideal Candidate 5 years’ experience in advisory, restructuring, and insolvency. A business/accounting degree or equivalent qualification. CA/CPA qualified (ARITA qualified or undertaking is a plus). Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Analytical and skilled in report writing, with a high degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Highly motivated with leadership potential and a strong team orientation.
