As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be a trusted advisor to our clients—leading critical project stages from early design coordination through procurement, construction delivery, commissioning and han
dover.
What You'll
Deliver
Manage consultant teams, chair meetings, and ensure timely, high‑quality reporting (PCGs, risk reviews, program u
pdates).Oversee contract administration, including EOTs, variations, superintendent's directions, and payment certifications in line with contract requi
rements.Monitor Master Programmes, identify risks early, and proactively guide client expec
tations.Support stakeholder engagement across health precincts, end users, authorities and cont
ractors.Mentor PMs and Engineers within a collaborative project delivery envi
ronment.
What
You Bring
8+ years' construction project management experience with a strong grounding in both design and
delivery.Experience across healthcare or broader social infrastructure (education, research,
aged care)Confident communicator, capable of leading meetings and engaging senior sta
keholders.Ability to work autonomously, problem‑solve under pressure, and drive outcomes on complex
projects.A solution‑focused, sleeves‑rolled‑up mindset — someone proactive, hands‑on and driven to get th
ings done.
