About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work on delivering end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients using your expertise in HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP ERP HCM, and SAP S/4 HANA, knowledge of cloud platforms like SAP Business Technology Platform and Microsoft Azure, experience with integration technologies, and understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements in HR. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, and continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HR technology trends.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
1. Design and develop technical solutions for HR systems and processes
2. Analyze current HR technology environments and propose improvements
3. Create and document solution architectures, including technical specifications and integration designs
4. Collaborate with HR stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to align solutions with business objectives
5. Oversee the implementation of new HR solutions and their integration with existing systems
