* Main Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute effective market access strategies to support business growth and achieve sales targets.
2. Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain relationships with customers within the Access Channel to drive collaboration and increase sales.
3. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive growth.
4. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and gather insights from customers and partners to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
* Qualifications/Experience:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and territory management within a technical consumer durable channel, with a proven sales track record.
2. At least 3 years of experience in sales team management.
* Skill/Knowledge:
1. Ambitious, self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and competitors' products.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize complex objectives, and meet tight deadlines.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with all business parties, including internal and external stakeholders.
5. Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
