As we continue to lead in technological advancements, Vault is now entering a defining phase of growth with a strategic $22.5 million investment from the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC). This investment will scale Vault's SECRET Cloud and introduce new services such as the AUKUS cloud capability, directly addressing Australia's strategic national security demands. Vault is now positioned to not only strengthen its existing relationships with federal and state government agencies, but also strengthen its relationships with private sector businesses requiring secure cloud storage.To support this growth, we are bolstering our capability by adding numerous key roles that are integral to our future success. As we invest in making People & Culture a dedicated, full-time Executive Leadership Team (ELT) position, in our People & Culture team, we are looking for a Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) to join our Executive Leadership team to champion our people strategy, foster a strong workplace culture, and drive organisational success.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading People & Culture as Vault continues to expand and grow.
* Shaping Vault's Employee Value Proposition to be industry-leading
* Representing People & Culture at the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) table
* Developing and executing retention and engagement strategies to drive high eNPS and other engagement metrics.
* Acting as the internal expert on Employment Law, Work Health and Safety, and Fair Work matters and providing clear guidance to the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Evolving our talent acquisition strategy to ensure Vault gets the required Right People into the Right Seats and upholds a High Performance Culture.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate:
* Proven leadership capability leading People & Culture teams in entrepreneurial environments, including developing scalable people strategies and differentiated Employee Value Propositions.
* A solid understanding on inculcating and shaping culture within an organisation
* Experience leading a recruitment team through a growth phase of hiring the right people
* Strong knowledge of Australian labour laws, Fair Work, and Work Health & Safety
