We are looking for a passionate Marketing & Communications Lead to support franchisees, and drive brand engagement across digital channels.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Email Marketing
- Develop and execute an evolving digital and social strategy
- Plan and publish3 weekly posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Re-share content on personal LinkedIn pages to increase reach
- Craft and sendweekly email campaigns —including industry news, updates, and franchise offers
Franchisee Marketing Management
- Monthly check-ins with franchisees, delivering tailored marketing support
- Provide ready-to-gocontent templates, campaign themes, and seasonal marketing ideas
- Ensure brand alignment across all franchise marketing
Content Creation & Capture
- Lead video and photo content capture—either on-site or in-studio
- Coordinate editing and delivery of professional digital assets for web, email, and social use
- Contribute to podcast production and support event marketing, including webinars and live sessions
Campaigns, Events & Digital Presence
- Manage all digital platforms and maintain a strong online presence
- Design digital assets and marketing materials inCanva and Adobe Creative Suite
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- A portfolio of work showing social media, content, and campaign success
- Strong working knowledge ofCanva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email platforms
- Solid understanding of current digital and social trends
- Basic video production/editing skills or ability to manage those processes
- Highly organised with excellent communication and time-management skills
