We are seeking a Park Caretaker to join our team. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall upkeep and appearance of our parks.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance, with sound computer skills and the ability to safely operate equipment.
You will work independently and as part of a team, performing various tasks including pool maintenance, lawn care, and facility repairs. A current driver's license is essential for this role.
* Upkeep of grounds and gardens
* Maintenance tasks across all park assets and facilities
* Support and develop the team
* Delivering exceptional guest experience
* Front Office administration
* Ensure the Park is compliant with all safety and brand standards
* Daily park operational tasks including after hours/on call cover
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance
* Sound computer skills
* Ability to safely operate equipment
* Excellent time management skills
* Great communication and relationship building skills
* Pool maintenance experience would be advantageous
