We are seeking applications from interested experienced candidates for an Accounts Receivable Officer based at our Midvale Head Office. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be working in a busy environment alongside Managers and Supervisors to provide support for the departments. You must be a team player and self-starter, highly competent across full function AR and have a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates from other industries with a diplomatic/empathetic approach to collections should also apply, as training is provided. Job tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to: • Provide accounts receivable invoicing and receipting • Maintain accuracy and management of clients and jobs in Pronto • Provide job costing including statistical data • General ledger and debtor ledger reconciliations • Review Debtor limits and provide recommendation and reconciliation of overdue debtors • Application and maintenance for PPSA/PPSR registers • Debtors’ insurance and monthly reporting • Build a strong working relationship with key internal stakeholders • Draft and update procedures as necessary • Other ad-hoc duties as required The successful candidate must have: • 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable • Strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge incl Excel • Good working knowledge of a large ERP system ie Pronto, SAP, Oracle. • Ability to work both autonomously and in a diverse cultural team environment • Ability to follow process and work under pressure • Ability to multi-skill / cross train If you believe this role is for you, please submit your Cover Letter and current Resume/CV online by clicking the 'Apply Now' button or go direct to our website wallisdrilling.com.au/careers
