**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a talented **Scheduler/Administration Officer** to join our dedicated team in the Home Care division of our **Zion** Aged Care Service in Gympie. As our Scheduler/Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Home Care services, enabling our elderly clients to receive the highest standard of care in the comfort of their own homes.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage the scheduling of Home Care services for our clients. This will involve allocating appropriate staff members, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining accurate records.

In addition to scheduling, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining client files, generating reports, and assisting with billing and invoicing processes.

**About you**:
As the face of the Home Care team you will collaborate closely with staff and other stakeholders ensuring smooth coordination and enabling the delivery of high quality care to our clients. Your exceptional customer service skills will see you act as a key point of contact for our clients and their families, to address any enquiries or concerns promptly. Building strong relationships with them will be crucial to ensure their satisfaction and trust in our services.
