This Senior Advisor (Road Safety) will develop and deliver strategic road safety initiatives improving outcomes for school communities and the broader public. Responsibilities include engaging community stakeholders, managing team performance, overseeing financial and human resources, supporting departmental collaboration, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting research, analysing and reporting on road safety data, trends, issues and opportunities.
* Collaborating with government agencies and community groups to address strategic road safety outcomes.
* Managing financial and human resources for operational efficiency and professional service delivery.
* Effectively managing the workforce, including employee behaviour/conduct, appraisal and development, workplace health and safety, and recruitment and selection.
