Responsibilities
* Lead by example to deliver memorable guest experiences
* Support the onboarding and ongoing training of our Guest Service Agents
* Support the Front Office, Reservations, and Overnight teams to ensure seamless operations
* Step up confidently to assist with leadership coverage when needed
* Coach and mentor team members to help them shine
Qualifications
* Previous Front Office or Guest Service experience in a hotel
* A strong communicator with a positive, hands‑on approach
* Someone who enjoys problem‑solving, teamwork, and making every guest feel valued
* Flexibility to support different shifts, including overnight coverage when required
