About the role
This role will deliver superior customer relations with our Service Customers, maintain professional relationships with our internal staff and the Brand representatives we work with.
Key responsibilities include:
* Booking customers for repair or warranty work
* Liaising with manufacturers on behalf of customers for repairs
* Receiving and checking out customer vehicles for repair and warranty work
* Maintaining fluid and professional relationships with internal and external customers

Skills and experience
We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused individual who has experience working within a team and providing high levels of customer satisfaction. Experience within the automotive repair industry is advantageous.
