About the Role
As a Remote Area Nurse, you will:
* Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare across the lifespan
* Provide acute care, chronic disease management, health promotion and education
* Work within a multidisciplinary team including Aboriginal Health Practitioners, GPs and visiting specialists
* Participate in a 24-hour on-call roster
* Travel to homelands and communities by light aircraft and 4WD when required

* Gunbalanya
* Jabiru
* Minjilang (Croker Island)
* Warruwi (South Goulburn Island)

About You
You will have:
* Current AHPRA registration
* Experience in remote or rural nursing in Australia
* Strong clinical judgement, adaptability and teamwork skills
* Commitment to culturally respectful healthcare
* Manual driver's licence
* National Police Check & Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call roster
* Ability to travel by light aircraft and 4WD
Desirable (but not essential):
Midwifery, Emergency, Child Health, Mental Health or Primary Health Care qualifications.
