Residential Care Worker

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct care and supervision to young people in a residential setting.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Assist with daily activities, support understanding of self-care, education, and recreational activities.
* Promote a safe and positive living environment.
* Build trusting relationships with young people, offering emotional support and guidance.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
* A valid Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
* Availability to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings, and sleepovers).
* A valid Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle.
* Attained or working towards a relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate IV in Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.
* Experience working with young people/children.
* Experience working in other support work-related fields, i.e., disability, mental health, aged care, and childcare.
