The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for the full sales process across new and used vehicles. You will manage enquiries, test drives, follow ups, and delivery experiences while building long term customer relationships in a community where reputation matters and referrals come easy when you do the right thing.
You will
* Sell new and used vehicles across Ford and Mitsubishi
* Handle walk in, phone, email, and online enquiries
* Run test drives and present finance and add ons in a customer first way
* Maintain pipeline management and follow up habits
* Deliver standout handovers and after sales contact
* Work with the team to hit monthly targets and keep momentum

About You
You might already be in automotive sales, or you might be a gun salesperson from another industry ready to step into a high energy dealership environment.
You will ideally have
* Proven sales ability and a consistent follow up habit
* Confidence building rapport and closing deals
* Great communication and presentation skills
* A customer first mindset and strong work ethic
* A current driver licence
* Previous dealership sales experience
