**Job description**:
DFP Recruitment are seeking reliable and experienced Administration Support Officer to assist their valued client a small family run Real Estate business.
Competitive hourly rates - $32 -35 per hour plus Super (depending on experience)
The role is a part time role (18 hours per week) for 10 months. We are looking for a suitable person to start as soon as possible.
**Responsibilities may include**:
Updating spreadsheets
Managing correspondence
Calendar management
Meetings and minutes
Creating and maintaining confidential records
Drafting documents
Conducting basic research activities
Processing invoices
Understanding policies and procedures
Data entry
Customer service
Basic accounts
**About You**:
Office Support/Administration experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite
Excellent telephone manner
Have a friendly disposition.
Full working rights
Able to pass police clearance check (if required)
