About the role
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will ensure our culinary operations meet our brand target customer needs and focus on growing revenues while maximizing the department's financial performance.
What You'll Do:
Budget Management: Develop and oversee the Food and Beverage budget.
Team Building: Foster mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Goal Achievement: Surpass performance, budget, and team goals.
Guest Service Excellence: Empower associates to deliver mind blowing service.
Leadership Coaching: Guide and develop the food & beverage leadership teams
What We're Looking For:
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an operational or food and beverage leadership role.
Infectious Motivation: Your energy and enthusiasm make any task achievable.
Passion for Service: A deep commitment to providing the best in hospitality.
