Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Psychologist to join our team in Western NSW. As part of our vision for a just society, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality psychological services to children, young people, and their families.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough psychological assessments and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to develop effective case plans.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including support plans, assessments, and intervention summaries.
* Participate in team meetings, supervision, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree qualification in Psychology and registration with AHPRA.
* Experience working with children, youth, and families in therapeutic settings.
* Strong communication and report writing skills, with the ability to translate complex information clearly.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.
