Highview College is a growing, co-educational independent Year 7–12 school in Maryborough, Central Victoria, guided by our GRACE values (Growth, Respect, Aspiration, Compassion and Excellence). We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about inclusion to join us as Head of Learning Diversity, commencing Term 2, 2026 (or by negotiation).
This is a full-time role with a focus on supporting our students to have full access to College life, with a generous time allowance for this important leadership role. We welcome part-time applicants and are open to discussing flexible arrangements for the successful candidate.
In this role, you will:
* Lead whole-school Learning Diversity (Years 7–12) to strengthen inclusive practice and consistency
* Drive NCCD audit readiness, IEP administration and review cycles, and staff capability in adjustments
* Work closely with students, families and staff to support access, participation and learning growth

Conditions and salary: Per the Highview College Enterprise Agreement (Teacher range $81,984–$122,767 + POR 2 allowance $6,346).
