We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Sales & Education Executive to support retail performance across our travel retail network. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about beauty, and excels at coaching teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sales results.

Working closely with the Area Sales & Operations Manager (ASOM), you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, executing marketing initiatives, and developing high-performing Beauty Advisors across multiple retail locations.

Description

* Key contact of Retailer, SMC and Retailer.com
* Brand campaigns rollout
* Department store notices for product information and program executions
* Event management: consolidate event schedule, book retailer event locations, monitor reservations, and generate event analysis reports
* Conduct livestream programs on Retailer online platform
* DS/SMC channel collaborative program planning
* Advertising exposure arrangement: store mailer, DM ads, banners, campaigns, outposts
* Collect retailer promotion DM and competitors DM
* Check DS expenses deduction
* Qualifications – University Bachelor's Degree or above in business-related disciplines
* A minimum of 2 years of proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organizations
* Strong business acumen with cost-conscious, result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
* Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and manage tight schedules
* Well-organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Good command of computer skills including Excel and Word

What You'll Be Doing

Drive Sales Performance & Retail Excellence

* Partner with the ASOM to review sales targets, analyse performance, and identify growth opportunities
* Monitor sales trends, competitor activity, and in-store execution to optimise results
* Ensure counters reflect premium brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines
* Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and retail activations
* Generate and interpret sales reports to inform decision-making

Lead & Inspire Beauty Advisors

* Motivate and coach Beauty Advisors (BAs) to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Provide tailored, one-on-one coaching based on individual strengths and development areas
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing performance management
* Ensure team members represent the brand with professionalism and impeccable grooming

Deliver Impactful Training & Development (30%)

* Conduct in-store and virtual training on selling skills, customer experience, and product knowledge
* Coach teams on upselling, cross-selling, and productivity improvement
* Support onboarding of new hires to ensure strong brand and retail environment understanding
* Partner with the Education team to deliver engaging and relevant learning experiences
* Leverage digital learning tools to enhance capability across the network

Execute Marketing & Retail Initiatives

* Ensure seamless execution of promotions, launches, and in-store programs
* Collaborate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to bring campaigns to life
* Track campaign effectiveness and provide insights and post-activation reporting
* Ensure all promotional materials and stock (including FOC) are delivered accurately and on time

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience in retail, beauty, or travel retail
* Proven track record of driving sales performance and team productivity
* Strong coaching capability with a passion for developing others
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (both in-person and virtual)
* High level of organisation, agility, and a proactive, can-do mindset
* Digitally confident – comfortable with MS Office and learning new platforms
* Willingness to travel regularly across retail locations
