We're looking for a Flower Specialist Extraordinaire to join our flagship store where the magic happens, and the flowers actually talk to you (well, sort of... if you listen closely).
What You'll Be Doing:* Wrapping, arranging, and displaying flowers and plants like a true floral artist* Quality checking flowers to make sure they're fresh and fabulous* Putting together custom bouquets that will make customers swoon* Helping customers pick out the perfect floral combos – we're talking expert-level recommendations
And here's where you'll really shine:* Providing outstanding customer service and brightening everyone's day* Keeping those flower displays fresh, clean, and blooming beautiful (we love a tidy floral section)* Maintaining accurate signage and pricing because detail is everything
* Possibly leading a team of fellow Harris Farmers – coordination is key
* Stocking, cleaning, and keeping the department looking its best* Making sure everything stays safe, clean, and organised in your little floral kingdom* Assisting with food sampling programs because who doesn't love a taste test with their flowers?
Complying with all health and safety procedures because we're serious about keeping things fresh and safe
