This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional looking to step away from front-line property management and into a specialist lease administration and asset onboarding role. About the Role You’ll play a key role supporting sales, leasing and asset management by managing: Lease renewals, rent reviews and new leases Commercial lease documentation (Form 6s, HoAs, CTAs, RTAs, Disclosure Statements) Onboarding of new assets and clients General administrative support to the wider team This is an autonomous role with strong internal support and clear processes. About You 2–3 years’ commercial property experience Proven lease documentation and administration experience Agent’s Representative Registration (essential) Strong attention to detail and time management Confident, professional communicator MS Word & Excel (intermediate) Property management software experience Why Apply?
