**The Client**
My client is committed to the long-term digital strategy across their property portfolio. As such they are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive digital initiatives, which will capture the attention of both their existing and potential customer base.
**The Role**
The key pillars of the role are
**Strategy, Leadership, Operations, Technology & Continued Learning.**
As the National Digital Marketing Manager, you will be required to work with and further develop the digital strategy across a portfolio of shopping centres.
Key projects in the immediate pipeline include;
- Skyfii
- Click and collect
- E-commerce platform
- Mobile Apps
- Augmented reality
You will lead the Centre based Marketing teams to implement these strategies, set the KPI's and work with the senior management to measure the campaigns.
You will also be working on long terms strategies with a focus on improving the operational function of the digital platform and continually exploring new technologies.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience within the property industry, ideally working across shopping centres. You will also possess the following attributes:
- Previous experience managing budgets
- Hand on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Bower BI & CRM systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft suite
- Experience measuring digital campaigns
- Territory qualifications within Marketing or a similar field
- Experience in property is a must, ideally in the shopping centre industry
