We are currently seeking an organised, pro-active, and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to join the team in our beautiful Tea Tree Plaza store. The role
The Assistant Store Manager is our brand ambassador responsible for the day-to-day operational running of the store. You will report to the store manager and support them in ensuring the store's commercial success, managing operational aspects of a high-performing store.
1. Support, coach, and motivate the in-store team to achieve targets while exemplifying Pandora's customer service standards.
2. Focus on retail operations including stock control, store procedures, team organization, security, rotas, and sales performance tracking.
3. Manage the store's operations in the absence of the store manager.
4. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, managing team presence and influencing sales space, enjoying the environment is vital.
* Be thoroughly trained in Pandora's handcrafted luxury products to become a product expert and support team development.
The successful candidate
Our Assistant Store Managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player, confidently supporting their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.
