Join the Sharpe Ward - our specialised Orthopaedic unit focused on musculoskeletal care, including hip and knee replacements, ligament repairs, and fracture management. Work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to patient-centred care and strong clinical outcomes. With guidance from senior RNs, a Clinical Nurse Educator, and a hands-on Nurse Unit Manager, you’ll be set up for success in an environment that fosters learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

Who We’re Looking For
o Minimum 3 years’ post-graduate experience in acute care; orthopaedic background highly regarded
o Strong emotional intelligence and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with patients, families, and healthcare teams
o Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including day, evening, and night shifts
o Proven ability to manage time effectively and perform well under pressure
o Current AHPRA registration and full Australian working rights required
o Collaborative mindset with a commitment to high standards of clinical care and safety
