* Lend a helping hand with daily life tasks, such as grooming, dressing, and feeding
* Support residents with challenging needs, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team
* Encourage physical activity and mental stimulation through engaging programs and events
* Maintain accurate records of residents' health status and treatment plans
* Become a trusted friend and confidant for our residents, listening to their stories and concerns
* Respect and maintain the confidentiality and dignity of every resident
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related field
* Experience working in a care setting, preferably in aged care
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
