Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Ventia, providing facilities management services to the City of Sydney's portfolio of 251 facility assets.
The successful candidate will have a Refrigeration Mechanic and Refrigeration gases trade qualification, with demonstrated knowledge of and experience with installation and maintenance of heating, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.

About the Role:
* Undertake all planned and scheduled preventative maintenance works.
* Prioritise reactive and breakdown maintenance tasks.
* Perform refrigeration work and mechanical services, including peripheral and incidental tasks.
* Complete relevant work management dockets, work feedback, inventory and general maintenance reports.
About You:
* Refrigeration Mechanic and Refrigeration gases trade qualification.
* Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience with installation and maintenance of heating, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
* A good understanding of Australian mechanical services standards.
* Must be willing to undergo a police check.
* Driver's License.
* White Card.
