About the Role
* Deliver assessments & counselling to people who are grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
* Conduct assessments to help guide people toward their new career.
* Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
* Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
* Visit workplaces to understand the challenges injured and ill workers may face and educate employers on the health benefits of good work.

Requirements
* AHPRA or ASORC registration.
* Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
* Possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to identify RTW barriers and design effective solutions.
* Current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
