The Role Reporting directly to the CEO and working as a key member of the senior leadership team, the Financial Controller will lead the finance function and play a central role in supporting the company's strategic direction.
With a core focus on FP&A, your responsibilities will stretch across all aspects of the accounting function, including (but not limited to): Own the end-to-end finance function, including reporting, budgeting and forecasting Become a trusted business partner to both internal and external stakeholders Play a lead role in developing and implementing commercial strategy Oversee cash flow, financial governance, and regulatory compliance Deliver timely and accurate reporting, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow Lead process improvement and finance systems optimisation Work with external advisors on tax, audit and compliance matters Build and lead a high-performing finance team over time Your Background To be considered for this Financial Controller role, you will ideally have: A professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) Experience in a broad finance role covering FP&A and Financial Control Experience in high-growth environments A background in financial services or a regulated environment (advantageous but not essential) Strong commercial acumen, hands-on financial management capability and attention to detail A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge, lead and contribute at an executive level Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where your input will shape the future direction of the business If you are keen to apply for this Financial Controller role, please contact John Salter at Richard Lloyd on ************, quoting reference 9532 or click on 'apply now' below.
