What you'll do
You'll provide high-quality counselling and therapy to couples, families and individuals to address the issues impacting their relationships. This can include general conflict, communication, domestic violence, mental health, addiction issues and child-protection. You'll use a Family System Framework in your counselling and provide information and referrals to improve the wellbeing of your clients.

* Permanent role
* 3 days per week based in Gosford
* Flexibility to work Saturday's
* Approx $48 - $54 per hour (depending on skills & experience) + 12% super, 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900. (Increase your take home pay! Calculate Your Savings at https://www.salary.com.au/calculate-your-savings)
* Excellent professional development & regular clinical supervision
What you'll bring
* Experience working with couples and families using a robust Family System clinical framework is required
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or equivalent
* Post-grad qualifications or training in Counselling or Couple and Family TherapyStrong understanding of family dynamics, child protection, domestic violence, mental health, and addiction
* A calm, professional and compassionate approach when engaging with clients
* Registered or eligible to be registered with PACFA or ACA
