About the Role
Approximately 5–8 hours per week in Portland and surrounds. Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Wednesday, Thursday and Friday being essential days.
Role begins mid‑January 2026.
Must have a car and driver's licence.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive strong relationships with store personnel
* Negotiate promotional space
* Build and maintain quality displays in store
* Execute planograms accurately
* Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
* Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
Successful Candidate Will Need
* Retail and/or supermarket experience is highly desirable
* A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
* Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
* An ability to work autonomously
* Ability to work in a role that is physical & repetitive
