The role
Snooze Waurn Ponds is looking for a motivational and experienced senior leader who is driven, goal‑orientated and passionate about customer service. In addition, energy and excellent service that continually provides our customers with the best shopping experience.
The role is a full‑time Store Manager position. In this role, you can expect retail hours will vary and will include rotating weekends and public holidays where required.

You already come with the following
* Previous retail experience in big-ticket items is preferred
* Experience in stock management
* You know what exceptionally high standards of customer service look like
* The drive to achieve sales KPIs in line with targets and budgets
* Energy and a positive attitude that brings out the best in you and all those around you
* The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best
* Influencing and motivating the team to succeed in the achievement of productivity, sales and product knowledge
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members
* Necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required.
