The business combines deep regional roots with a forward-looking approach, and is part of a broader group committed to growth across Australia and New Zealand.About the RoleReporting to the Head of Marketing ANZ, the Marketing Manager – Australia is responsible for developing and executing the national marketing strategy. You’ll oversee campaigns, digital marketing, local area marketing, events, and sales enablement activity to build brand visibility and customer loyalty. Leading a team of 3–5, this is a hands on role where you’ll manage budgets, guide external partners, and help shape how the Pioneer brand shows up across the country.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and execute the national marketing plan across products, regions and channels.Lead marketing team planning, coaching and performance.Manage campaigns, local area marketing, events and sponsorships end-to-end.Oversee digital strategy and ensure strong brand presence across online platforms.Drive use of market research, customer insights and competitor intelligence.Manage third-party agencies and ensure ROI on marketing spend.Safeguard brand assets, trademarks and consistent messaging.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, production, research and NZ marketing team.This is a senior marketing position calling for a seasoned B2B marketing practitioner who brings the ability to create growth for a premium product through effective strategy and execution.Here's what you'll need to be competitive;Qualifications in marketing, business or related fieldBrisbane based, or willingness to relocate if successful (provided you have citizenship, PR or the appropriate Visa)Experience in performing a National Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager role, marketing to a B2B audienceProven ability to lead teams and deliver integrated marketing strategies, including local area marketingStrong B2B campaign execution skills across traditional and digital channelsExperience in Agri, manufacturing, B2B FMCG or related B2B sectors (previous experience in agriculture strongly preferred)Analytical mindset, creative flair and commercially driven thinkingDesire to connect with the customer and the industryExcellent stakeholder communication and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in marketing or related fieldThis is a pivotal opportunity to make your mark on a business with strong values and real impact in the Australian agricultural industry.PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates with the right to live and work in Australia will be considered.Call Cass Barker, Director at Gybe Consulting for further information on 0431 625 791 or email cassbarker@gybeconsulting.com.au.
