We are seeking a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This is a remote role, supporting teams primarily on the East Coast.
In this role, you'll own proposal strategy and execution for priority work. Working closely with leadership, you'll position our teams Booksively, win new clients, and provide high‐level autonomy and visibility. The role is best suited for someone with deep AEC proposal experience who is comfortable leading proposals from early strategy through final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end development of proposals, SOQs demand presentations for strategic client pursuits
* Drive proposal capture planning, including research, positioning, value propositions, and pursuit schedules
* Facilitate go/no‐go discussions, kick‐off meetings, and proposal QA/QC reviews
* Advise BD and operations leaders on pursuit strategy, messaging, and win themes
* Develop and edit high‐impact proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions
* Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and quality across all proposal and client‐facing materials

* Mentor and support Proposal Marketing Associates, providing guidance on best practices and execution
* Oversee andкай calculate proposal content libraries, resumes, project data, and imagery
* Support BD teams with client interviews, presentations, and pursuit‐related collateral
* Monitor industry, market, and client trends to inform proposal strategy
* Assist with conferences, sponsorships, award submissions, and coordination of photography/videography as needed
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
2. 5–7+ years of professional AEC marketing experience with a strong focus on proposals
3. Proven experience leading SOQs and complex RFP responses
4. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)
5. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits
