Job Description
The role involves delivering and implementing infrastructure solutions on-site. As a trusted adviser, you will work closely with customers to address technical issues and make recommendations appropriate to their environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a subject matter expert on site, addressing customer technical needs
* Learn new technologies and apply concepts to customer needs
* Manage technical problem identification and resolution, support system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of open source solutions
Requirements
5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers, extensive knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and other Infrastructure products, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification is preferred.
