IT Support Analyst Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced IT Support Analyst with at least 2-3 years of experience. In this role, you will enjoy working on a range of tasks across level 1 and 2 support, while collaborating closely with the in-house team who have a reputation for top-tier mentoring and support.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be required to manage and support:
* Microsoft Active Directory
* Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
* Cisco Telephony and Audio-Visual equipment including Webex App and Webex Room Devices
* Knowledge of ITIL best practice framework
You will also be responsible for managing other key IT systems and technologies.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be confident, and have experience working within a similar position. A Diploma or Degree Qualification in IT is also a requirement.
