Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Manager, Food and Beverage - Functions to join our team at Marvel Stadium, one of Melbourne's most iconic and high‐profile event venues. As Manager, you'll play a key role in helping elevate service standards and create unforgettable guest experiences in a world‐class stadium environment. This is a pivotal leadership role within our premium hospitality operation, overseeing the delivery of exceptional food and beverage functions across major events, corporate hospitality and year‐round functions.

What will you do?
* Brief and lead front‐of‐house teams, aligning service standards with client expectations and event requirements
* Oversee event timing, service flow and on‐the‐day execution to ensure flawless delivery
* Partner closely with culinary teams to ensure timely, high‐quality food and beverage service
* Manage stock ordering, resource planning and event logistics in line with quoted packages and budgets
* Monitor client satisfaction in real time and resolving issues promptly to protect the guest experience
* Track product usage, labour efficiency and service performance to identify cost and revenue optimisation opportunities
* Set clear expectations for team members, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting recruitment, training and rostering
More About You
You're a confident hospitality leader who thrives in fast‐paced, premium event environments and knows how to bring teams together to deliver exceptional experiences. You will bring:
* A Diploma or Degree in hospitality, event management, business or a related field
* Demonstrated experience in premium food and beverage operations, ideally within functions or corporate hospitality
* Proven experience leading and developing teams in high‐volume or high‐profile venues
* Strong capability in stock ordering, cost control and client relationship management
* A hands‐on, solutions‐focused approach with excellent communication and organisational skills
