Job Overview:
The primary objective of this role is to process and finalize insurance submissions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
* Coordinate with brokers to resolve inquiries regarding new business submissions.
* Prepare comprehensive underwriting files for both renewal and new business (including data input into the underwriting system, compilation of market research, and completion of raters).
* Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for credit control, claims, and risk information.
* Follow up with brokers for outstanding binding instructions or subjectivities.
* Generate and review policy documents.
* Creation of ad hoc documents.
* Assist with the reconciliation of aged finance items.
* Evaluate underwriting files to ensure completeness and adherence to audit requirements.
* Maintain accurate policy tracking/workflow tools, reflecting the current status of policies at all times.
