Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Power team through growth, focusing on recruitment and workforce planning across career levels and technical disciplines to expand the team size.
* Onboard new talent, ensuring smooth induction and clear ways of working.
* Retain and support team wellbeing, balancing workloads through effective resourcing.
* Enable engagement and work‐sharing with other Beca sections and business lines to balance workload and grow capability.
* Lead a high‐performing team that excels in technical delivery, client service, innovation, quality, and meeting project work package cost plans.
About You
You bring leadership experience building and developing high‐performing teams, navigating rapid growth, and demonstrating a track record in a manager, team leader, or delivery/technical/client‐focused role with strong business and people skills. You inspire a positive working environment, provide 1:1 development conversations, balance competing commitments, make commercial judgements, and understand employment issues from a people leadership perspective. You foster an inclusive, collaborative culture, engage stakeholders at all levels, and thrive amid change, helping others navigate it constructively.
