Be a Key Player in Affordable Housing
As a Housing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive tenancy and property management services for our portfolio of Social and Affordable homes.
Based in Dubbo, you will work closely with the Support Coordinator to ensure our clients receive tailored support to sustain their tenancies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct lease sign-ups and routine inspections.
* Ensure all information in our system is up-to-date.
* Follow up on client enquiries, complaints, or other issues.
You will be responsible for maintaining close contact with clients while providing exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will require experience in tenancy and property management and/or community services. A strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act is also essential.
Additional Requirements:
* Excellent administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
* A high degree of initiative.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills in difficult circumstances.
* Ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.
This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, classified as a Level 4.1 under the SCHADS Award. The gross annual salary is $88,327, which increases annually based on pay points in the Award.
