Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Darwin, NT. The Sales Manager will lead, develop, and manage the sales team while driving strategic business growth. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, fostering relationships with key clients, achieving revenue targets, and implementing sales strategies. The role will also involve collaboratively working with cross-functional teams to meet client needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications / Experiance
* Proven skills in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
* Experience in Sales Strategy Planning and Execution, Market Analysis, and Revenue Generation
* Experiance in Hoses / Fittings / Hydraulics will be advantagous
* Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation abilities
* Leadership and Team Management capabilities/ experiance
* Inventory management
* Familiarity with the mining, construction, civil, maritime, or defense industries is advantagous

* Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools
* Ability to work on-site in Darwin, NT, and manage customer interactions and team operations effectively
