**About the role**:
We are looking for an Agile Coach Cohort Lead to lead the agile coach team and to be an active coach to enable teams to deliver high quality customer centric solutions through appropriate capability uplift, process improvement and measurement
- Key activities include:_
- Being a trusted advisor to senior management and work with the transformation team leads to ensure we have the right coaches supporting the Op Model activities
- Work with the Capability lead to ensure the coach capability uplift plan matches the future needs of the transformation
- Lead the agile coach team as line manager for all areas outside the capability uplift of that group
- Establish and execute a quality solution design system to support customer and IT strategies
- Business planning and monitoring
- Develop the capability of others through effective mentoring, coaching, professional development and performance management
**About you and your skills**:
- Extensive commercial experience in Agile or other related disciplines (Lean Software Development, Customer Based Design).
- Extensive commercial experience in agile frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in an IT/Technology project environment
- Facilitation experience with Agile Training Workshops, Design Workshops, Agile Group Planning
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
