Key Responsibilities

* Assist with inventory management, stock control, and merchandise display optimisation
* Promote products and identify opportunities to support revenue and margin targets
* Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operational activities

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, retail, or wholesale (HVACR industry experience highly regarded)
* Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Team-focused, reliable, and motivated to deliver great customer experiences
* Proficient in basic computer systems and point-of-sale operations
* Forklift licence required (or willingness to obtain)
