About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator to join our team based in Kwinana, WA.

This role is suited to a highly organised and motivated professional who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will provide essential administrative, financial, and project support to ensure the efficient and productive operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide general day‐to‐day administrative support, including communications, filing, and document management
* Process timesheets, labour hours, and related reporting for employees and subcontractors
* Coordinate mobilisation activities, including onboarding, site access, and travel arrangements
* Support procurement and site operations, including purchase orders, stock control, and reporting

About You

* Experience in a similar Site Administration role, ideally within construction, mining, or related industries
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and high attention to detail
* Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* Able to work independently in a fast‐paced environment, with a current driver's licence and relevant qualifications
* Experience with Pronto (or similar ERP systems) will be highly regarded
