BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Full-time Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional medical care to residents in Senior Living Communities, Assisted Living and Independent Living Communities in Cleveland Circle.Prior home health experience is not required.ResponsibilitiesMaking visits to clients in designated Assisted Living and Independent Living CommunitiesPerforming assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments and proceduresMonitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services ManagerFollowing up with, executing and properly documenting doctors' ordersPerforming client assessments as necessaryCase management and coordinationQualificationsA current license as a Registered Nurse in MassachusettsGraduation from an accredited and approved nursing programWhy Choose BAYADA?
